Procurement

Plant and equipment selection and contractor procurement, once design decisions are finalised.

Construction

Hands-on implementation and supervision, with regular attendance at technical and coordination meetings.

Handover & Close-Out

A zero-defects policy with agreed benchmark installations and samples, for the best possible outcome.
